C50 | Ductile Iron Cement Lined

Class PN50 Ductile Iron Cement Lined (DICL) pipelines offer the proven superior performance capabilities of ductile iron with the advanced, self-healing properties of our centrifugally spun cement mortar linings. Use of a cement lining within the pipeline avoids tuberculation by creating a high pH at the pipeline wall. The process of applying the cement lining through high radial acceleration creates a smooth, even barrier with high coefficients and improved flow characteristics through the pipeline. For sewerage applications, different cement lining options are available to provide increased resistance to septic transformation and aggressive fluids.
