C25 | Ductile Iron Polyurethane Lined

The Class PN25 Ductile Iron Polyurethane Lined (DIPU) pipeline has been specifically designed to withstand aggressive conditions, very soft water and mineral water applications where cement mortar lining is not suitable. The solvent free, two component system is centrifugally applied to coat the inside of the pipe mitigating any risk of detachment. Due to the thickness of its polyurethane layer (from 1300 microns to 2500 microns), the ductile iron pipeline is fully protected against the most aggressive water as well as during transport and handling operations.
