PN20 | Ductile Iron Polyurethane Lined

The Class PN20 Ductile Iron Polyurethane Lined (DIPU) pipeline has been specifically designed to withstand aggressive conditions, very soft water and mineral water applications where cement mortar lining is not suitable. The solvent free, two component system is centrifugally applied to coat the inside of the pipe mitigating any risk of detachment. Due to the thickness of its polyurethane coating (from 700 microns to 2000 microns), the ductile iron pipeline is fully protected against the most aggressive water as well as during transport and handling operations. The Ductile Iron pipelines are manufactured and certified to AS/NZS 2280 and ISO 2531. The polyurethane lining conforms to BS EN 15655 and is water contact approved to AS 4020.
